Created by Eric Martinez and Armani Salado, Forbidden Origins is a multi-media company founded in 2021. With a strong emphasis on creator control, Forbidden Origins' mission is to ignite a universal passion for reading by creating intellectual property in the form of characters and stories for audiences of all ages.

We create high-concept and original IP across all storytelling mediums. Ranging from Books, Comics, and Graphic Novels, with animations for TV shows and film based on the lore of ‘The Old Universe.’

 

Forbidden Origins believes that books, graphic novels, and comic books, along with the stories and ideas they hold, have the unique ability to connect, edify, and carry humanity towards a better future for generations to come. 

 

Our stories and characters are developed in-house with a variety of writers, composers, artists, and linguists; all working together to bring Forbidden Origins and ‘The Old Universe’ to life.
