The Warlord of Warlords, Aklan is the de-facto leader of Kkooddrraa. If anyone has authority on the lawless planet it would be her. Not much is known about her early years. It's speculated she came to Kkooddrraa as a young girl and quickly rose to power with her decisive actions, strong leadership, and gifted talent to unite the most dangerous outlaws for a common cause.
Her followers are very loyal to her as well. They are always ready for her commands and will gladly die to protect her, without question. This has been shown as many followers have died protecting her after failed assassination attempts. Aklan has survived over 100 assassination attempts and counting!
