Hirvrin was the former chief of Hokdro on Halvodon. His light pink hair has succumbed to age and is now a silver grey. He has a Mohawk with a ponytail tied in the back. He also has scars on his face, with a large one going from his forehead to his cheek through his eye. His build is solid for his age showing signs of strength and speed in his youth. He covers himself in traditional Halvodi clothes, using cloaks to hide his face.
 
Hirvrin used to be a regarded and respected chief in the Halvodi city of Hokdro. He would tend to the needs of his people with fair and strong policies. He is now chief to only a handful of Halvodi survivors after the Massacre of Halvodon.
 
Hirvrin does everything in his power to ensure the survival of his people. Since the massacre, Hirvrin had to fight his morals and order his people to capture/kill any outsider. Although he has had to kill many, he still has a side of compassion for other people. He yearns for his time of sleep so he can be in the Halvodon of old in his dreams.
