Archeologists Take A Look Into The Ruins Of Vor Ran'du

A team from Myero, unsanctioned by The Black Palace, has taken measures to excavate the fortress-planet Vor Ran'du. The team consists of students and a professor from IUA, Myero's Institute of Universal Affairs.

The team was put together after the Battle of Vor Ran'du, where the Black Palace suffered an immense defeat at the hands of Corrin and The Allegiance. After Corrin's disappearance, and presumption of being dead, questions were still left unanswered on what exactly Vor Ran'du is, when exactly the fortress-planet was built, and how it went undetected for so long.

"I think we'll be able to get a better glimpse into the Itarian's head space by excavating the site," Professor Ednar Mane said. "By going to written texts, and reviewing first-hand accounts, we know very little about why Emperor Vorza truly wanted his fortress. I think we can finally get the answers."

Despite the on-going war, Professor Mane feels confident his excavation will not force the Black Palace to interfere. Some from IUA are fearful for the lives of their colleague and students, but that hasn't stopped them booking passage to the planet.

"All we're doing is conducting research. Despite that battle that recently took place here, that shouldn't stop historians from continuing to document and uncover mysteries of the past."
