Created during the Reconquest Years to bridge the differences between worlds and to foster unity between each planet and the Black Palace, The RED worked as a tool aimed toward peace. The RED was also tasked to oversee the military and make sure procedures and proper checks and balances were in order to safeguard the citizens under Black Palace rule.

 

Reality: The RED was a front for Black Palace intelligence and where the Black Palace committed its most secretive operations. It covertly kept tabs on political leaders across the universe and assassinated anyone who undermined The All Father.
